Join a leader in the retail sector of aged care mobility products. With over 20 years of success, our client boasts a robust multi-store presence and a significant commercial division in Perth.
As they aim to double their revenue within the next two years, they seek an experienced, ambitious, and driven Finance Manager to spearhead their financial strategy.
The Role:
As the Finance Manager, you'll lead a small, dedicated team and act as a critical member of senior management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will:
- Ensure financial health through detailed forecasting and strategic alignment.
- Develop and refine financial models and cash flow projections.
- Deliver detailed performance reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and analyse significant variances.
- Maintain the accuracy of financial statements and manage comprehensive monthly reports.
- Support annual budget preparation and influence financial policy and spending.
- Oversee compliance and financial operations, bolstering our financial and commercial success.
- In-depth knowledge of management accounting principles.
- Proficiency in managing complex financial data.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Proven experience in financial strategy, planning, and budgeting.
- Strong compliance background and knowledge of ATO regulations.
- Extensive experience in the retail industry is highly advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or a related experience.
- CPA or CA certification is preferred.
